Everything that happens on the AngelList platform allows investors to seamlessly set up a fund and raise money to invest in startups – grounded in legal entities. We are essentially turning the legal complexities of creating a fund into software, at scale.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Fund Formation is where we form Limited Partnerships, file the funds with the SEC, enter the entities into the IRS's systems, create a blocker entity, and a management company. It’s where we incorporate with Delaware and establish securities offerings with state regulators.
