The ideal candidate will have direct experience in successful private foundation fundraising and/ or grants management, with a demonstrated track record of securing private institutional gifts or grants at or exceeding six and seven figures. In this role, you will identify, engage, cultivate, solicit, and steward current and prospective regional donors in expanding their financial support of the work of the American Red Cross. This position is a blend of work-from-home, in-person meetings with donors, and an occasional team meeting in a local office.WHERE YOUR CAREER IS A FORCE GOOD:<ul><li>Implement strategies to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors in the New York City market with the capacity to make five-to-seven figure grants, with an emphasis on maximizing revenue for the American Red Cross.</li><li>Identify and solicit new foundation donors within assigned geography to increase geography size.
