As Creative Operations Director, you’ll lead the strategy, tools, and processes that enable our teams to deliver world-class creative services efficiently. This role is a blend of strategy, execution, and leadership. You’ll optimize creative workflows, implement automation, and develop scalable solutions that enhance speed, quality, and collaboration. As Superside continues to grow, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our creative operations evolve to meet the demands of global brands.

What You'll Be Doing

    • Lead the selection and implementation of creative tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, Asana, and AI-powered automation solutions.
    • Develop and refine creative workflows for briefing, quality assurance, and asset delivery to improve efficiency.
    • Standardize creative templates, best practices, and processes that enhance scalability.
    • Leverage AI and automation to streamline production without sacrificing creative excellence.
    • Establish and track performance metrics to drive operational improvements.
    • Collaborate with Creative, Project Management, and Leadership teams to align priorities and enhance customer experience.
    • Build and develop a high-performing, globally distributed team, setting clear goals and driving execution.
    • Foster a data-driven decision-making culture that encourages efficiency, speed, and continuous improvement.
