Responsibilities
Job Description:
*This is a REMOTE role.*
Essential Job Functions:
Contribute to the Procurement and Supply Chain strategies, focusing on specific departmental targets
Be part of Supply Chain Management Category team, coordinating procurement processes for IT Labor services and IT Contractors
Lead bidding processes, RFQ’s, RFI’s, meant to ensure price competitiveness and risks coverage for the company
Own the relationship and manage the communication with a specific portfolio of vendors in a specific area (eg. country/ies, region/s, account/s etc)
Negotiate the contractual agreements with the vendors
Work closely with the business stakeholders in a specific area, understand their needs and support the procurement strategies for the margin growth
Liaise with different internal teams (eg. delivery, sales, legal, finance, accounts payable etc)
Participate in the analysis of supply chain processes, identifying potential areas for improvement.
Support the alignment of procurement activities with broader organizational goals.
Assist in managing departmental budgets, ensuring cost control and adherence to financial targets.
Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes affecting procurement and supply chain practices.
Contribute to the tracking of departmental KPIs and provide regular updates on progress and performance.
Run reports, do analysis, create presentations and support them in front of the leadership
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role in procurement and supply chain
Proficient in English
Proficiencies in vendor management, cost control, and procurement strategies
Resilience

Other Qualifications:
Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus
Additional European foreign language is a plus
Relevant certifications in procurement or supply chain a plus
