Ingram Micro Bulgaria’s Beyond the Degree Internship Program is here to offer you a 6-month paid hybrid internship that combines real-world experience, professional training, and mentorship to set you up for success!
Internship details:
Duration: 19 May - 19 November 2025
Work Model: Hybrid
Flexible work schedule: 20 hrs per week
Mentorship: A dedicated mentor to guide your journey

By joining us, you’ll have the opportunity to be part of one of the following teams, each requiring proficiency in a specific language:
Sales Administration (B2 German or French is required) - Managing the incoming queue of orders from the business country and performing written communication with corporate customers and business partners
Customer Support (B2-C1 German language required) - Communicating with corporate customers and business partners (mainly written communication) and investigating and improving customer claims
Telemarketing (C1 German language is required) - Conduct outbound calls with B2B customers from the IT industry to provide information about product’s features, special offers, events etc. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions including updating contact information in the CRM. Advises resellers of vendor marketing campaigns.
Who are we looking for?
Students in their 3rd or 4th year of a Business or related Bachelor's degree, Master's students, or recent graduates
Friendly team players with great communication skills
Proficiency in English (German or French is also required for some of the teams)
