Production Operative

Job Title: Temp to Perm Production Operative
Location: Swansea
Pay: £12.21 + shift allowance
Hours: Days & nights required - 12 hour shifts

What You'll Do

As a Production Operator, you'll play a key role in making quality packaging products in a clean, safe, and supportive environment.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Running machines to produce packaging materials

• Checking equipment and keeping your work area safe and clean

• Following simple instructions to set up machines at the start of each shift

• Monitoring the quality of products and reporting any issues

• Keeping accurate records on paper or on a computer

• Helping with machine changes, cleaning, and general teamwork

• Always wearing the correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

• Working closely with others and taking pride in your work

You don't need previous factory or machine experience - we'll teach you everything you need to know. We're looking for people who are:

• Reliable and willing to learn

• Able to work well in a team

• Comfortable with working on your feet and doing practical tasks

• Flexible with working hours (rotating shifts, days or nights)
