We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and eager-to-learn Intern Software Engineer to join our International Sports team. This 12-month internship will give you valuable exposure to the full software development lifecycle, contributing to the development and maintenance of real-world applications used by thousands of users.

You’ll be working from our vibrant office, located in a historic city that combines cultural richness with modern amenities. Think summer and winter workspaces, free snacks, and a gaming paradise—all designed to keep you inspired.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with a cross-functional team including Developers, QAs, Product Owners, and Team Managers
• Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of internal applications
• Learn best practices in software engineering and agile development
• Gain hands-on experience working in a professional tech environment
• Receive mentoring from experienced engineers to support your learning and development
• Contribute to real product improvements and customer-facing features
• Have direct exposure to cloud based solutions on AWS

What you’ll bring

• Recently completed (or nearing completion of) a postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles
• Hands-on experience with Java (academic or personal projects are acceptable)
• Familiarity with core Java libraries, data structures, and algorithms
• Basic understanding of web technologies and backend concepts (e.g., REST APIs, HTTP, databases)
• Ability to write clean, readable, and maintainable code
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a collaborative environment
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English
