Your Team : We are looking for a Mid-Level Manual QA Specialist to join our Casino Integrations & Features team. 

We work on high-performance, low-latency systems that handle millions of transactions, ensuring real-time updates for players.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

 

• Design and Execute Test Plans:
  Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for casino-related software and systems—ensuring top-tier quality and adherence to industry standards.
• Test Across Platforms:
  Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing on casino games, platforms, backend systems, and specific casino features to guarantee seamless functionality and user experience.
• Own Defect Management:
  Identify, document, and track software defects with precision—collaborating closely with developers and product owners to drive timely resolution and maintain product quality.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
  Work alongside game designers, developers, and business analysts to understand requirements, assess testability, and highlight potential risks early in the development cycle.
• Ensure Regulatory Compliance:
  Ensure all casino products align with relevant gambling laws, regulations, and compliance standards—safeguarding both users and the business.
• Continuously Improve Processes:
  Proactively evaluate and refine testing processes to enhance efficiency, boost test coverage, and reduce time to market.
• Support Production Stability:
  Monitor live systems, investigate production issues, and participate in root cause analysis to prevent recurring problems and ensure platform stability.
• Stay Ahead of Industry Trends:
  Stay informed on the latest tools, technologies, and trends in the casino and gambling industry—adapting testing practices to stay effective and competitive.
• Deliver Clear Documentation:
  Provide concise, actionable test reports and documentation to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.
• Drive API Quality with Postman:
  Leverage Postman extensively to design, execute, and automate API tests, ensuring robust and reliable service integration across the ecosystem.

Employees may be required to participate in an on-call rotation, ensuring availability outside regular working hours to respond to urgent issues as needed as per the On call policy.

Who you are:

• QA Expertise:
  You bring 2–4 years of solid, hands-on experience in software quality assurance, with a strong focus on the gambling and casino industry.
• API Testing Pro:
  You’re highly proficient in API testing using Postman, validating backend services to ensure seamless functionality and performance.
• Testing Methodology Know-How:
  You have a deep understanding of various testing types, including functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing—ensuring comprehensive coverage and high product reliability.
• Test Execution Specialist:
  From designing and executing test cases to tracking and reporting defects, you handle the full QA cycle with precision and efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Collaborator:
  You thrive in collaborative environments, working effectively with developers, product owners, and business analysts to align QA efforts with business goals.
• Analytical & Detail-Oriented:
  You possess sharp analytical skills and a meticulous eye for detail, ensuring that issues are identified early and resolved quickly.
• Agile & Adaptive:
  You excel in fast-paced, agile environments, easily adapting to shifting priorities and evolving requirements.
