Key Responsibilities Analyze HR data to identify trends and metrics, providing actionable insights for decision-making. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to determine needs and develop tailored solutions. Assist in the flawless execution of HR programs, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement. Ensure compliance with local and global HR policies and regulations. Support the continuous improvement of HR processes through innovative and efficient methodologies. Work closely with the Benefits team to manage and administer employee benefits programs efficiently. Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll-related data and resolve any discrepancies in coordination with the Payroll team. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Proven experience with data analysis and HR metrics. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with HR software and data management systems. Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations. Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).
