We are seeking a Part-Time Training Consultant – Card Program Launch to contribute to our next level of growth and expansion.

We are seeking a part-time Training Consultant with hands-on experience in launching card programs within an issuer environment. This role will support the development and delivery of a comprehensive training program for internal staff, ensuring a smooth rollout of a new card program. This is a contract-based engagement requiring approximately 220 hours over a six-month period.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the program manager to develop training materials, including but not limited to playbooks, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, and optional short training videos.
• Design and facilitate a formal training workshop (4–8 hours) for approximately 10 team members to educate them on the process of launching a card program.
• Provide ongoing support and respond to team questions during the card launch process.

Duration:
Part-time, contract role for up to six months

Requirements:
• Proven experience in creating training programs and materials related to card launches within an issuer environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to deliver both live and self-service training resources.
• Familiarity with creating instructional content in various formats (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, video).
• Self-directed and organized, with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively in a part-time capacity.
