How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

The main object and purpose of this position consist in achieving ALC’s sales vision, while promoting safety, quality, awareness and compliance with company policies and maximizing the impact of his/her actions on company sales, prices, competition, and potential customers. The incumbent is responsible for gathering information to develop a market strategy and for managing and planning territory to maximize profitability. The incumbent also writes proposals and negotiates contracts, maintains and increases services to our customers, secures relationships with customers and provides support to the team to achieve objectives.


As an Account Executive, you will manage assigned accounts by developing strong customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction through the delivery of exceptional service and solutions. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs. Your goal will be to drive sales growth within your portfolio of accounts while maintaining high levels of customer retention.

Key Responsibilities


- Develop and execute strategic account plans for key accounts, including major national accounts and large regional accounts.
- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned accounts, including responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and managing customer complaints.
- Identify opportunities to sell additional products or services to existing customers, and develop strategies to maximize sales growth within each account.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of all account management activities.
- Provide regular updates on account activity, trends, and insights to senior leadership and other stakeholders.

Are you a MATCH?

● Minimum 2 or 3 years experience in industrial sales

● Diploma: College diploma or bachelor’s degree in the field of application

● Training: Selling skills, Quality System (ISO)

● Knowledge: Computerized systems, MS Office, products, services and applications, contract law, solid communication skills both verbal and written, financial management basics
