Job Description
Your influential mission. You will...
- Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within defined scope, timeline, and quality standards while coordinating resources and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure alignment on objectives.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, roadmaps, and status reports.
- Monitor and track project performance to ensure successful completion of objectives and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and manage changes to scope, schedule, and budget using appropriate control processes.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and urgent requests to support business priorities and maintain project continuity.

- Demonstrate excellent command of English, both written and spoken, enabling effective communication with international teams and stakeholders.
- Are familiar with project management methodologies, including Agile, Kanban, and Waterfall.
- Possess strong organizational and multitasking skills, allowing you to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bring excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a keen attention to detail.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, making you a collaborative and effective team player.
- Thrive under pressure and are able to meet tight deadlines with composure and efficiency.
- Have experience in documenting processes and conducting data analysis to support informed business decisions.
- Proactively identify potential issues and take initiative to resolve or prevent them.

- Hold a PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification, which is considered an asset.
- Are proficient in project management tools such as Monday.com boards, Jira, and Copilot, as well as the Microsoft Office Suite.
