As we continue to grow, we are seeking talented and enthusiastic analysts to join our Strategy & Consulting team and contribute to our mission.

This internship is designed for students who are eager to gain hands-on experience in the world of business consulting. You will work closely with our professionals, helping clients solve complex business challenges, identify growth opportunities, and optimize their technology utilization.

YOUR MISSION:

• Work on one of our consulting client engagements, to help design and deliver large-scale and complex transformation programs.

• Collaborate with senior consultants to gather and analyze data, conduct market research, and assess processes and client’s way of working.

• Assist in developing and delivering strategic recommendations, reports and presentations.

• Bring formal frameworks or company methodologies to identify problems.

• Suggest more effective and efficient ways of performing business tasks.

WHO YOU ARE:  

• Active student at university who will start their 4th or 5th year in September 2025.

• Fluent English and Slovak language (spoken and written).

• Ability to think out of the box and offer unique perspective to the client.

• Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment.

• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated and proactive approach.

• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

• Ability to meet client travel requirements, when applicable.

• Desire to work in an environment of creative projects focused on solving the business requirements of the client.

• Independence and reliability.

Accenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we state that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay ranges from 7.50 € per hour depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.
