Air Liquide Bulgaria has been on the domestic market since 1999 and is a countrywide recognised gas producer and supplier of technologies, services and gases for the food industry, large industries, healthcare and environment. Air Liquide Bulgaria has a team of 95 employees serving industrial customers.


 

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?


 

The mission of the position is to execute in a careful and timely manner administrative activities. Focus on delivery in line of best-in-class empoloyee experience while strictly respecting Air Liquide's rules and principles of safety and ethics.


 

a. Streamline day-to-day administrative work – internal & external correspondence, ordering of office supplies, preparation of documents, letters and translations, first point of contact for visitors at the office;

b. Maintain and keep organised filing of electronic and paper documents, ensuring document traceability and availability;
c. Keep record of company archive;
d. Responsible of purchase orders and good receipts for HR and administration related goods and services in WISE;
e. Handle incoming and outgoing mail;
f. Perform daily tasks (typing, photocopying, coordination with banks, notaries, etc.);
g. Coordinate and monitor internal and external business trips;
h. Assist in the organisation of company events;
i. Internal and external communication;
j. Act as an еxecutive assistant to the General Manager of Air Liquide Bulgaria;
k. Keep uncompromised level of ethics and confidentiality;
l. Responsible of administration of local employee benefits;
m. Coordinate company car leasing;
n. Perform project coordination with all relevant stakeholders.


 

Are you a MATCH?


 

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, HR or relevant

  • 2+ years in a similar administration role

  • Fluent English

  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides)

  • High level of professional ethics and confidentiality

  • Organised and self-driven

  • Very good oral and written communication skills

  • Time management skills

  • Attention to details

  • Continuous improvement mindset
