What you'll do:
Managing the incoming queue of orders from the business country
Performing written communication with corporate customers and business partners
Working in an international and dynamic environment (hybrid - with a mix of working days from home and from the office in Sofia)
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
Very good German (B2) and English (B1-B2)
Working with data is considered an advantage (don't worry if you don't have any working experience, we will teach you everything needed)
University degree is considered an advantage
Work experience in the field of customer support or data entry is an advantage
