Job Description

Your influential mission. You will...
 

  • Support Product Development

Collaborate closely with Product, Development, and Operations teams to bring new features and improvements.

  • Understand the User

Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify and apply opportunities for product enhancement.

  • Stay Connected

Participate in regular team catch-ups and sync meetings to stay aligned and contribute to ongoing projects.

  • Keep Things Organized

Help maintain product documentation, support knowledge bases, and assist in resolving product-related issues.

  • Learn & Grow

Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in product development and compliance.

Qualifications

Components for success. You...

  • Experience in product management and development, specifically with ticketing systems, Jira, QA systems, and automation tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn how to develop product roadmaps, backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Motivation to learn how to conduct user acceptance testing to ensure that the product meets customer requirements. 
  • Strong analytical, communication skills, and project management skills.
