What you'll do:

  • Develop and grow sales with existing and new channel partners in the CIS region

  • Engage with vendor partners to align go to market strategy in the region

  • Pro-Actively Promote and sell a portfolio of products and services to current and new channel partners

  • Achieve revenue and gross profit targets by increasing revenue spend per account; may conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies.

  • Analyze sales trends in different markets, creating and managing sales plans to fulfil company near term and long-term goals

  • Manage vendor relationships in key markets

  • Work together with our operations, finance, and vendor management teams

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

  • Fluency in Russian and English

  • Minimum 3 years a sales lead role.

  • Have experience of export procedures and be familiar with the legal and compliance issues around an export business.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, PP, Outlook

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Driven to get results and achieve goals

  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
