What we're looking for:


· BA in Sales, Economics, or another relevant degree

· A highly energetic and motivated person

· Someone who's happy to initiate contact first and is not afraid to pursue their goals

· Excellent written and interpersonal skills in both English and Bulgarian

· Experience in the HR industry or SaaS / PaaS is a big advantage


Day-to-day tasks include:

  • Ownership of the full sales cycle
  • Customer inquiry response & full onboarding
  • Identify potential opportunities & partnerships
  • Assist customers with questions, issues, and concerns
  • Educate customers about current promotions, new features, new campaigns, etc
  • Maintain superior knowledge of products and services
  • Contribute to the team's quarterly sales goals
  • Monitor new registrations & job ad activity
  • Create, send, negotiate & close proposals
  • Maintain CRM hygiene
  • Register, onboard & upload job ads if needed or requested
