What we're looking for:
· BA in Sales, Economics, or another relevant degree
· A highly energetic and motivated person
· Someone who's happy to initiate contact first and is not afraid to pursue their goals
· Excellent written and interpersonal skills in both English and Bulgarian
· Experience in the HR industry or SaaS / PaaS is a big advantage
Day-to-day tasks include:
- Ownership of the full sales cycle
- Customer inquiry response & full onboarding
- Identify potential opportunities & partnerships
- Assist customers with questions, issues, and concerns
- Educate customers about current promotions, new features, new campaigns, etc
- Maintain superior knowledge of products and services
- Contribute to the team's quarterly sales goals
- Monitor new registrations & job ad activity
- Create, send, negotiate & close proposals
- Maintain CRM hygiene
- Register, onboard & upload job ads if needed or requested
