You'll be the go-to expert in utilizing Salesforce, TCRM, and SAP, ensuring our operations run like a well-oiled machine. With your expertise across multiple business lines, you'll provide essential support that fuels our sales initiatives and propels our growth. Providing a full range of support services to a signal dedicated Mobility sales team through problem solving, gathering and analyzing business requirements as an SME on Salesforce, TCRM and SAP processes and other needed business areas (i.e., AR/Finance) as necessary.

Responsibilities:
- Provide expert support and coordination throughout the sales and renewal processes for a dedicated Sales team.
- Submit work requests (WRFs) on behalf of the Sales team to ensure efficient operations.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of client legal agreements, proposals, purchase orders, and other essential business correspondence as needed.
- Manage the processing of signed and executed renewal contracts in Salesforce, collaborating closely with order management, contract management, and sales operations.
- Handle product or service cancellations by creating cancellation forms and routing them to the Order Management Help Desk for prompt processing.
- Research and resolve product delivery and invoicing issues on behalf of the customer or account manager, clearly communicating resolutions to the appropriate Sales team member, Sales Manager, or client contact.
- Update Bill To/Ship To information on renewal opportunity records as required.
- Collaborate with sales on outstanding orders that are pending information or purchase orders to facilitate processing and ensure timely revenue recognition.
- Provide training and support to sales and sales support teams on new releases, as well as onboarding assistance for new colleagues in sales and sales support.
- Employ advanced problem-solving skills to identify and implement resolutions for complex order challenges.
Basic Qualifications:
- Preferred experience in Sales Operations, though not mandatory.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficient in all MS Office applications with a strong working knowledge.
- Advanced Excel skills, including expertise in Pivot tables and the creation of customized spreadsheets.
- Ability to take initiative and make informed decisions independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Highly organized with exceptional task prioritization abilities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in providing support to multiple colleagues.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.
- Experience with SharePoint is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Tableau, Salesforce, Microsoft PowerBI or other data visualization tools is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, are essential.
- Strong organizational abilities, with a knack for structuring thoughts and ideas effectively.
- Professional interaction skills to engage positively with sales, colleagues and other departments (i.e. Order Management, AR, Finance, etc).
- Capability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Dependable and able to thrive under pressure.
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to contribute effectively in a team environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail is a must.
Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only): S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $67,387-$85,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses, and certifications. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits.
