Manpower is recruiting on behalf of a global leader in advanced technology solutions for a Lead Generation Trainee to join their commercial team in Lutterworth. This is an exciting opportunity designed to give you the skills, knowledge, and support to develop into a high-performing sales professional - no prior sales experience required.

What's the Opportunity?

As a Trainee, you'll join a structured development programme where you'll be trained in how to identify new business opportunities, speak with decision-makers, and support the wider sales team. You'll spend your time on the phone engaging with potential customers, updating records in our CRM system, and learning how a global business generates and develops sales opportunities.

This is a hands-on, office-based role where you'll be surrounded by experienced sales professionals, receive regular coaching, and gain real insight into the world of commercial sales.

What You'll Be Doing

• Making outbound calls to potential customers (businesses, not consumers)
• Asking the right questions to uncover interest and opportunities
• Booking appointments or demonstrations for the external sales team
• Researching contacts and accounts using tools like LinkedIn
• Updating internal systems (CRM) with key lead information
• Supporting marketing and sales campaigns
• Shadowing experienced salespeople in the field to learn on the job

What We're Looking For

• Someone comfortable talking to people on the phone - from retail, hospitality, or any customer-facing background
• A willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow your skillset
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and ready to take on a new challenge
• Well organised, reliable, and confident using basic IT systems
• Ideally a recent graduate (or equivalent) looking to start a career in sales or marketing
• A full UK driving licence (for occasional field-based training)
