Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets in the United States. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Identify new business opportunities and market trends to stay ahead of the competition. Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring client happiness and dedication. Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to build compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations. Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports to management. Maintain a detailed knowledge of our products and services, as well as industry developments and competitor activities. How Will You Get There? Education A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Experience 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in medical devices, radiation therapy, or industrial safety equipment. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities A proven track record in sales, preferably in the scientific or radiation industry. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. The ability to successfully implement sales strategies and achieve targets. Willingness to travel within the United States to meet clients and attend industry events. Self-motivation and an attitude geared towards achieving outcomes.
