Are you a driven professional with a passion for growing businesses and building long-lasting relationships? We are recruiting for an experienced Sales Representative to join a market-leading global manufacturer of high-technology surface finishing products and systems.
This is a remote, field-based role covering the Midlands, North of England with frequent travel across these regions. A full UK driving licence is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the expansion of the company's professional product lines within your territory.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with national and local dealers and distributors, both online and offline.
- Grow the distributor network across multiple sales channels for sustainable business growth.
- Analyse regional sales performance and contribute insights to support strategic planning.
- Provide technical training and hands-on support to dealers and distributors.
- Deliver product demonstrations at customer sites, events, and training sessions to support sales efforts.
What We're Looking For:
- A technical background with several years of experience in a similar business development or technical sales role.
- A strong track record of closing sales and developing long-term client relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A self-motivated, results-driven mindset with a proactive and hands-on approach.
- Willingness to travel nationally with occasional overnight stays.
- A confident individual capable of taking responsibility for national-level projects.
