Job Description
As a Campus Management Specialist you will join us to support the Campus Management team to keep our Bosch Digital Bulgaria office at Polygraphia Business center running smoothly by carrying out a range of administrative, financial and managerial tasks. You will be working closely with our Campus Manager.
This role requires a strong on-site presence.
Your contribution to something big:
Participate in office management activities including but not limited to:
- Maintenance of required documentation regarding Health and Safety, Site Security and Sustainability according to company and local legislation requirements in English and Bulgarian.
- Collaboration with contractors and vendors, including preparing documents
- Monitoring and evaluation of contract performance to ensure compliance and quality standards.
- Oversight of purchasing procedures, including placing orders, coordination of deliveries, and logistics management.
- Management of the reception desk on a rotational basis, in a professional manner, acting as first point of contact for external visitors and internal colleagues
- Preparation and receipt of shipments to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Administrative duties and the organization of social activities, such as multisport programs, team-building events, and catering for seminars and training sessions.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Computer literate (MS office)
- Driver’s license will be considered a plus
- Experience in similar roles is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills and eye for details
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proactive and open-minded personality
- Positive, enthusiastic, eager to learn approach
