Caretaker

Manpower Logistics are recruiting for a Caretaker for a client based in Waltham. Please only apply if you have experience in a similar role and are happy to work between the hours of 5:30am-8am.

The job is based in a school where you will be required to carry out all normal duties- holding an Enhanced DBS is essential for the role.

Successful candidates must be happy with the following duties-

• Monitoring cleanliness of the premises and reporting any issues to the Site Manager.
• Repairs or maintenance work required at the premises.

• Minor DIY where required.

• Ensuring that all areas within the site are free from litter.

• Ensuring that adequate supplies of cleaning materials and other supplies are available. This may involve the ordering of materials on to Site for other members of staff.

• Ensuring that all caretaking equipment is in a safe and working condition and arranging for repair as appropriate.

• Carrying out school based procedures in the event of fire, flood, breaking and entering, accident or major damage.

Shift details -

• Monday to Friday- 05:30-8am
• Opportunity for further work

Pay Rate -

• £13.05 per hour
