What you’ll do as a Technical Content Writer?

  • Creating articles, training materials, and updates across all Xvantage™ pillars while maintaining consistency and high quality

  • Writing and editing various types of technical documentation such as user manuals, user documentation, tutorials, user guides, specifications, and instruction manuals

  • Gathering and researching technical information from internal and external sources

  • Developing models for vertical markets, campaigns and ad models and conducting research studies

  • Ensuring translation of technical details into friendly documents and articles

  • Developing content ideas and topics for help articles aligned with the main topic tree

  • Regularly updating content based on release notes

  • Publishing and managing content across designated platforms and tools

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as engineers, software developers, product development teams, product designers, and other stakeholders, to gather necessary information and better understand complex information

What you’ll bring?

  • Fluency in English (B2-C1)

  • Good technical knowledge (ability to understand and recreate technical texts)

  • 1-3 years of functional experience on a content writer, content creation or a similar role is considered as an advantage

  • University degree in Marketing or similar (an advantage)

  • Experience with content creating tools (Zendesk and Kentico are a plus) as well as MS Office

  • Ability to perform duties with accuracy and a strong degree of urgency;

  • Ability to multi-task and respond to rapid change
