Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage a comprehensive optimization roadmap aligned with business objectives, driving measurable improvements across all digital touchpoints.
  • Leverage data, behavioral insights, and testing methodologies to identify friction points and implement targeted solutions that streamline the user experience and boost conversions.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and analysis of A/B, multivariate, rules-based, and AI-driven tests using platforms like Intellimize (Webflow Optimize), VWO, or Optimizely, fostering continuous optimization and iterative learning.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, design, and development teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of optimization initiatives across all stages of the player lifecycle.
  • Build a culture of experimentation by conducting regular tests, analyzing performance data, and iterating on strategies to enhance engagement and conversion outcomes.
  • Utilize user data and segmentation to deliver tailored content, offers, and recommendations that enhance individual player experiences and drive retention.
  • Monitor key conversion metrics, generate detailed performance reports, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for sustained optimization and growth.

Qualifications:

  • Decent experience leading CRO initiatives within a fast-paced, digital-first environment (experience in online gaming, e-commerce, or entertainment is a plus).
  • Proficiency in A/B testing, multivariate testing, and CRO tools such as Google Optimize, Optimizely, or VWO.
  • Familiarity with data pipelines and campaign tracking tools such as Segment and Google Tag Manager, ensuring accurate measurement and reporting.
  • Deep expertise in marketing analytics and performance measurement, and strong analytical skills with experience using tools like GA and Tableau.
  • A deep understanding of user behavior, UX best practices, and the psychology of decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of influencing cross-functional teams.
  • A results-oriented mindset, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
