Key Responsibilities:
- The Content Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the integration and quality assurance of new interactive content, coordinating tournaments, and maintaining communication with external content providers.
- Upload new interactive titles to our platform, ensuring full compliance with technical standards.
- Perform comprehensive testing to detect and fix issues prior to launch.
- Continuously monitor content performance after release and promptly address any arising concerns.
- Configure and manage tournaments through providers’ back-office systems.
- Oversee tournament progression to ensure a seamless experience for users.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for content-related matters with third-party providers.
- Explore and evaluate promotional tools offered by partners.
- Test new promotional features to assess functionality and impact.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow technical guidelines and setup procedures accurately.
- Experience with administrative tools, content management platforms, and issue tracking systems (e.g., JIRA).
- Familiarity with various types of interactive entertainment content such as slots, table-based content, and live experiences, as well as knowledge of content providers in the industry.
- Excellent command of English.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor performance metrics and draw meaningful insights.
