The Coordinator supporting Targeted Marketing & National Publicity will report into the Director, Targeted Marketing and be responsible for expense reporting, publicity reporting, assistance with agency management, and meeting planning. They will work across all Studio theatrical, Disney+ and Hulu film and series titles through release, including awards. Responsibilities: Day to Day duties, supporting the national and field press teams Updating of all reports and breaks on a daily basis, circulate wide daily PGS / GSS entry support for all junkets, press days and events, also liaising with agencies Maintain necessary communications documents (Campaign Highlights Report, Publicity Reports, Talent Schedules, Critics Grids, etc.) and distribute in a timely manner Participate in all key publicity meetings Expenses: Preparation of all business-related expenses using CONCUR travel proxy role ensuring expense reports are completed and filed in a timely manner Responsible for working events, screenings, junkets and premieres as needed Responsible for covering interviews and providing recaps, virtual and on-site, when needed Additional support for the LA Press Team and field team Set in person screenings Assist with screenings: Maintain/update RSVP lists, on-site coverage, reporting (reactions memos, screening attendance memos), etc. Create and manage North American film festival documents and charts Create press break reports and manage campaign summaries Handle budget invoicing including invoice coding Manage CMC / CTA card reconciliation Proactively update ongoing database for national press, field press, multicultural press, influencers and key events Manage and schedule conference rooms for team meetings as needed Other duties as required Basic Qualification: 1+ years of administrative experience at the senior management level required, preferably within the entertainment industry Proficient in PC and MAC Keynote experience required Excellent Computer Skills required – Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines make decisions, change course of action quickly, flexible Be able to work in a highly matrix organization (ability to work with multiple leaders; managing work demands from multiple sources) Demonstrates ability to ask questions, raise concerns, effective problem solver Experience in working under pressure of competing deadlines while maintaining an attention to detail. Effective communicator, both verbally and written Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships within an organization across various levels of leadership and departments” if they need to stay in the “basic qualifications” section Ability to be flexible with work schedule and to work overtime Preferred Qualifications A strong passion for film and series publicity and familiarity with a variety of industry concepts, practices, and procedures, especially in publicity Experience in the entertainment industry, ideally in publicity or marketing Ability to troubleshoot tech issues as they arise Overall working knowledge with the SAP and Concur system Bachelor’s Degree OR equivalent experience preferred The hiring range for this position in California is $53,300.00-$71,300.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
