In this role, you will manage inventory levels for selected product categories to ensure product availability, freshness, and optimal stock levels. You will drive cost-efficient and time-effective supply planning processes, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and commercial plans.

How you will contribute

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee replenishment and supply planning for assigned product categories, ensuring timely availability and inventory optimization.  
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Logistics, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, and Category Planning teams.  
  • Analyze forecast plans and inventory policies to minimize waste, manage short shelf-life risks, and improve product availability.  
  • Coordinate with HUBs to align on optimal stock levels and manage stock coverage across the distribution network.  
  • Monitor and manage slow-moving inventory, driving resolution in stakeholder meetings.  
  • Generate stock availability reports and communicate potential gaps proactively.  
  • Ensure accurate and timely data flow for weekly replenishment cycles; track production plans against forecasts and correct deviations.  
  • Submit and interpret KPI reports to support continuous improvement and internal alignment.  
  • Prioritize shipments across the supply chain, including production sites, warehouses, co-packers, and customers.  
  • Ensure timely delivery of seasonal products (e.g., Easter, Christmas) in alignment with commercial timelines.  
  • Develop and deliver both routine and ad-hoc supply chain reports for internal stakeholders.

What you will bring

  • University degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field  
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG, preferably in replenishment, sourcing, or supply planning  
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes  
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis)
  • Familiarity with operations/production processes and packaging development is a plus  
  • Knowledge of information systems and project management techniques is considered an asset  
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills  
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills  
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines, handle complexity, and think strategically  
  • Fluency in English and Romanian
