What you’ll do

• Be the first pair of eyes on contract reviews.

• Draft, review, and negotiate various types of contracts, including vendor agreements, intra-group agreements, NDAs and partnership agreements.

• Ensure all contracts comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contractual terms and conditions.

• Monitor contract lifecycles, including renewals and terminations, to ensure timely and accurate execution.

• Maintain organised and up-to-date records of all contracts and related documents. Ensure easy accessibility and retrieval of contract information.

• Work closely with internal departments to gather necessary information and ensure alignment on contract terms.

• Ensure all contracting processes adhere to company policies and procedures.  

What you need to have

• Strong academics - LL.M. in law (in Cyprus, UK or abroad) with a passion for contract law and its application in business.

• Previous experience in contract management, preferably within the financial services industry and in a global context.

• Strong understanding of contract law.

• Ability to review and manage contracts involving multiple jurisdictions or governed by foreign laws.

• Excellent ability to use your legal knowledge to advise the business in meeting its objectives and navigating the regulatory environment

• Be a self-starter with a strong drive to deliver complete end results with unwavering attention to detail. 

• Hands-on, curious approach to stay ahead of the ever-changing legal landscape. 

• Collaborative team player with the ability to work across departments.

• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
