Senior SAP SD Consultant (w/m/o)

As a Senior SAP SD Consultant (w/m/o), you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who leads, advises and implements expert solutions, utilizing the breadth of Zentiva’s offerings and technologies. You will be responsible for Germany and Switzerland’s business perimeter.

What Would Be Your Main Responsibilities:

• Communicates with Zentiva users and key users to ensure a good performance of centralized SAP solutions, especially in supply chain execution and sales activities
• Takes part in a big roll out project and its all hyper care activities
• Supports the coordination of technical activities with the warehouse provider
• Coordinates the local SAP requests and monitor the local SAP EDI interfaces to clients and in our central SAP system and to be in constant communication with the Zentiva HQ IT / SAP HQ team
• Delivers services for SAP SD solutions including delivery of changes, resolution of incidents and problems
• Participate in and lead local or central SAP related projects and manage wide range of change requests
• Provides recommendations for automated solutions to support new strategies
• Designs and document processes around supply chain execution, sales and customer relations, analytics, system integration, etc.
• Proactively determines and resolves system problems to improve performance and prevent service deficiency
• Maintains user documentation - Functional Design Documents, Test Scenarios, User manuals, Development specifications, Solution Proposal Documents, etc.
• Collaborates with external partners and various business stakeholders to define the scope and gather business requirements, providing conceptual and detailed design to meet business needs
• Performing SAP configurations, customization and bug fixes in SAP SD area

We Need You To Have:

• At least 5-7 years of experience with SAP projects, specialized in design, implementation and configuration of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module
• Knowledge of SAP iDocs, integration with other SAP modules, interface building and monitoring
• Experience with SAP SD user exits for sales order, delivery, billing, etc.;
• Ability to debug ABAP/4, BAPI, queries and analytical functionalities;
• Ability to play a key role for the SD implementation and to write detailed specifications for custom programs
• Ability to work independently, be a strong and proactive team player
• Knowledge of pharma business and related regulations is considered as a strong advantage
• Excellent written and spoken English /German language will be considered as a great benefit/
