We are looking for a Junior HR Business Partner to help us grow.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the HR team in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.

  • Assist in the onboarding and orientation of new employees to ensure a smooth and positive integration experience.

  • Act as a first point of contact for employees and managers on basic HR-related queries and provide guidance when needed.

  • Collaborate with managers to address employee performance issues, workplace conflicts, and minor disciplinary matters, escalating to a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) as necessary.

  • Gather employee feedback and contribute ideas to improve HR processes and increase efficiency and alignment with best practices.

  • Support the creation and implementation of HR policies and internal procedures that promote and reinforce the company culture.

  • Assist in coordinating performance management activities, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.

  • Help plan and execute team-building and internal engagement events to foster team spirit and collaboration.

What You Need to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

  • 1+ years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in a dynamic or high-performance environment

  • Good understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and time-management skills

  • Excellent written and spoken English
