We are looking for a Junior HR Business Partner to help us grow.
What You’ll Do
Support the HR team in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
Assist in the onboarding and orientation of new employees to ensure a smooth and positive integration experience.
Act as a first point of contact for employees and managers on basic HR-related queries and provide guidance when needed.
Collaborate with managers to address employee performance issues, workplace conflicts, and minor disciplinary matters, escalating to a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) as necessary.
Gather employee feedback and contribute ideas to improve HR processes and increase efficiency and alignment with best practices.
Support the creation and implementation of HR policies and internal procedures that promote and reinforce the company culture.
Assist in coordinating performance management activities, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
Help plan and execute team-building and internal engagement events to foster team spirit and collaboration.
What You Need to Have
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
1+ years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in a dynamic or high-performance environment
Good understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and time-management skills
Excellent written and spoken English
