How you’ll make an impact:

• Provide coaching and guidance based on individual strengths, interests, and aspirations;

• Work with HR colleagues to understand talent priorities and communicate opportunities to employees;

• Collaborate with Employee Relations, Talent, Staffing, and Inclusion and Diversity to enhance employee opportunities.

Skills that make your work successful:

• Strong English and French written and verbal communication skills (B2 level);

• Advanced proficiency in Talent Management;

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in relevant related skills;

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies;

• Advanced Workforce Planning;

• Advanced HR Process Design;

• Advanced Program Project Management.
