Job Description:

This role will play an integral part on the Sales Readiness and Effectiveness team by providing Sales Performance reporting and analytics for the Global Payments Solution (GPS) organization. Key responsibilities will include identifying opportunities and  translating requirements into actionable sales performance reporting.  This will require the ability to  collaborate with team members, sales teams and key stakeholders across GPS  and  Global Banking to deliver sales performance results and analysis.

Key tasks:

  • Independently build new Tableau dashboards and reports
  • Perform data analysis to define key metrics to measure success
  • Work with large, complex data sets, using tools such as  SQL, Alteryx and Tableau/BI dashboards
  • Translate complex requirements into scalable solutions; ask appropriate questions for clarification and take action accordingly
  • Manage multiple initiatives, timelines, and deliverables in a matrixed environment
