What You’ll Do:

You will play a key role in advising our B2B customers in the IT industry. Your responsibilities include:

  • Consultation and Support: Assist customers with expiring licenses and take ownership of their inquiries regarding product information, pricing, and vendor specifics.

  • Contract Management: Manage license renewal agreements for relevant vendors in accordance with internal and external procedures.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with other sales team members, organizations, and management to develop optimal solutions for our customers.

  • Customer Focus: Ensure that customer inquiries are handled promptly and escalated appropriately when necessary.

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

  • Strong knowledge in German - written and verbal at B2- C1 level

  • Good knowledge of English

  • Strong organizational skills and problem-solving agility are also required

  • A customer-driven approach and good customer management skills
