Non-Voice Application Support Specialist with German (NEW project)

Main responsibilities:

• Providing helpful information and answering questions via chat and email;
• Providing general technical guidance and assistance in problem-solving to the users;
• Collecting and reviewing application documentation ensuring compliance with industry regulations in order to prevent potential risks for the company.
