As a
IGaming Client Advisor with German (Remote)
you will provide support to customers through written communication channels such as email, chat, and social media. Your main responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of satisfaction, all while using German.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and efficient customer support in German via email, chat, and social media;
- Resolve customer issues, answer questions, and provide product or service information;
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service standards in all written interactions;

Requirements:
- Fluency in German (C1) and good understanding of English (B2);
- Previous experience in a customer service role (non-voice preferred but not mandatory);
- Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Ability to attend a training session in Sofia for 2-3 weeks
