Customer Support Agent (English Speaker) - Office Based

Now we're looking for English speaking Customer Support Agents - Day, Late and Night Shift to join our team and make his own contribution to our products.

• Day Shift - 09 AM - 18 PM; 14 PM - 23 PM
• Late Shift - 17 PM - 02 AM;
• Night Shift - 23 PM - 09 AM (3 days work, 3 days off)

This job is ONLY Office Based, we do NOT consider remote options.

✅ Responsibilities:

✔️ Providing support in English by email and Live chats;

✔️ Processing with great attention to details and content;

✔️ Identifying clients' needs and proactively proposing solutions;

✔️ Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction;

✔️ Working closely with our team to improve and establish the necessary processes.

✅ Qualifications:

✔️ Proficiency in English, both written and spoken;

✔️ Proactive person with good support/sales skills;

✔️ Strong communication and negotiation skills;

✔️ Attention to detail;

✔️ Previous experience as a support agent will be considered an advantage.
