YOUR ROLE:

As a Client Support Specialist, you will be the front line of our client's interaction with customers. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Responding promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues and escalating complex problems to relevant teams when necessary.
  • Maintaining a consistently positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and a genuine passion for helping others.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English, with a minimum C1.
  • The ability to quickly understand and articulate complex financial concepts and software functionalities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an aptitude for thinking on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in handling customer inquiries through various channels such as chats, emails, and phone calls will be highly regarded.
