We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team in New Orleans. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email

  • Provide accurate information about services, products, and policies

  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Maintain customer records and document interactions in the system

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve customer experience

  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and company procedures

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • Familiarity with basic computer systems and CRM software

  • Professional and courteous attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
