The successful candidate will contribute to the development and expansion of the services ensuring excellent customer support and efficient administration within our Customer Service department.

Working shift

Wednesday - Sunday 4pm - 12.30am

Responsibilities

  • Customer Support - Respond to customer inquiries via various channels (phone, email, chat) in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Issue Resolution - Effectively address customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge - Stay informed about our products and services to assist customers with accurate information and advice.
  • Team Collaboration - Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve individual and team targets and goals.
  • Training and Development - Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, customer service techniques, and company policies.
  • Documentation - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the customer management system.
