We’re hiring a PROJECT MANAGER as part of Merkle in Sofia. About the role: As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of large-scale eCommerce projects. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex eCommerce projects. Define and implement project governance and ways of working with clients. Create and manage high-level release plans and roadmaps to ensure effective project management. Collaborate with resource managers to optimise the resource mix. Facilitate the gathering of requirements and ensure alignment with business needs. Manage budgets and oversee financial planning and invoicing. Secure the timely delivery of high-quality client deliverables. Ensure the established delivery practices are followed internally and externally. Drive communication and alignment across project and program teams. Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Monitor KPIs and project metrics to ensure strategic goals are met Contribute to the continuous improvement of company processes and methodologies. Requirments: 4+ years of professional experience in a project management role. Hands-on experience delivering projects, using Agile methodologies. Experience in the field of e-commerce platforms and retail business. Fluent in financial terms and principles. Strong experience in working with MS Office tools and Project management tools A self-starter, motivated to take ownership of projects and drive tasks to completion. Problem-solving attitude, combined with analytical thinking and objective decision-making. Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills. Agility and the ability to perform in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment. Ability to manage own time effectively, prioritise and meet tight deadlines. Excellent verbal and written English. Advantages: Experience in the implementation of large-scale B2C or B2B e-commerce solutions (preferably, based on Demandware or Hybris platforms); Strong understanding of SDLC Lifecycle; Experience working with virtual teams; Pro-activeness and creativity; Knowledge of a second language; The candidate should be willing to provide two professional references.
