What you’ll do

You’ll be the go-to person for all things procurement - connecting our commercial goals with smart buying decisions. In short, you’ll help us spend wisely and scale efficiently. Your mission:

• Partner closely with Finance, Legal, Product, and Operations to understand business needs and build a procurement strategy that fits.

• Lead the end-to-end procurement process - from vendor selection and negotiation through to contract execution.

• Own supplier relationships and performance. You’ll drive value, not just cost savings.

• Spot opportunities for efficiency and help teams move fast without compromising compliance.
  Work closely with legal to ensure contracts are clear, fair, and future-proof.

• Build and maintain procurement dashboards and reports to keep stakeholders informed and empowered.

• Influence decision-making with data and commercial insight.

What you need to have

We’re after someone sharp, hands-on, and commercially minded. If you know how to balance structure with speed, and insight with instinct, we want to hear from you.

• 3+ years in procurement or commercial finance, ideally within fintech, SaaS, or high-growth companies.

• Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of managing vendor relationships.

• Experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

• A strategic thinker with a builder’s mindset- you don’t just follow processes, you improve them.

• Comfortable with contracts, pricing models, and navigating compliance frameworks.

• Data-literate. You don’t need to be a data scientist, but you know how to ask the right questions and interpret what you see.

• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift - and you help shape them.
