Are you ready to take the lead in shaping service solutions? We’re looking for you to join our GSS team as a JuniorRequest Proposal Manager. In this role, you’ll be aligned by Sub-Region and work closely with both internal and external customers to drive solutioning, create response packages, and support the implementation of services.
You’ll take ownership of NSSR proposal finalization and stay actively involved through submission and approval. You’ll lead regular NSSR review meetings with clients and DXC account teams to monitor progress, address issues, and manage escalations—ensuring that agreed SLA/SLOs are consistently met. Your responsibilities will also include pricing finalization (based on input from Solution Integrators and Account stakeholders) and crafting high-quality proposal documents.
Daily challenges
Coordinating with solution teams for complete and timely quotes/responses
Creating quote documents, when applicable (low complexity requests)
Creating Customer Response Package (SOW and Price document) based on quotes and ensuring contractual language and quality standards are met
Being aware of the Account Deal Governance process to ensure appropriate approvals are obtained per guidelines
Facilitating DXC internal review of Customer Response Package prior to submission to Customer
Submitting final Response Package to Customer for approval
Attaining a solid understanding of the customer contract
Operating within boundaries of SLA/SLO requirements.
Experience and skills required
Bachelor’s degree
2–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
Strong time management and ability to perform under pressure
Excellent communication skills, including handling challenging situations
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
Understanding of business processes
Well-organized with strong planning skills
Fluent in English
