Overview:

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Processing standard transactions in SAP and other customized systems - Order Entry, Billing, Cost allocation and revenue recognition, Other Commercial accruals;

  • Validating order packs and participating in revenue and cost forecasting;

  • Process billing set-up for customers accurately and timely for invoice runs. Adjust billing parameters as needed in case of contract changes;

  • Analyzing financial KPIs such as revenues, costs, margin and striving to improve them in the respected area of responsibility. Assisting with the commercial verification of their financial impact;

  • Performing Month-end, Quarter-end and Annual Closing activities in your area of responsibility (revenue recognition, cost allocation, accruals, deferrals);

  • Contract management – contract package validation, initial data set up, recurring

Requirements:

  • BS/BA or advanced degree in Business Administration/ Accounting/ Finance

  • Required 0-1 years experience in relevant field

  • German Language Skills (C1)

  • SAP, MS Office (excel skills), Enterprise Data Flows and Systems will be considered an advantage

  • Good Analytical Skills

  • Self-starter with proactive personality

  • Very Good Networking and Communication Skills

  • Customer orientation
