As Director, Commercial Development, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our Consumer Services business. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for identifying and executing growth opportunities for the U.S. Consumer Services portfolio, particularly for partners in C2B and B2C payments, while also partnering closely with the North America sales team to drive agent growth for the portfolio. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving commercial performance to exceed targets while forging strong relationships with internal teams, clients and partners. As a commercial leader, you will identify emerging opportunities, anticipate market trends, and develop data-driven strategies to fuel sustainable business growth.
This role demands both strategic oversight and operational execution. You will need to lead from the front—coaching, mentoring, and developing your team while also engaging directly with key clients and partners, resolving escalations, and executing high-impact initiatives that align with the broader business vision. Role Responsibilities:
Own the full lifecycle of commercial development — from opportunity identification through execution and performance measurement.
Build out processes and supporting materials to support commercial development efforts, including pipeline management, KPIS, sales collateral, scripts, etc.
Serve as the voice of our partners and clients across departments to ensure products and services meet evolving demands.
Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing sales team with a culture of ownership, urgency, and accountability.
Identify market trends, competitive threats, and new business opportunities to inform strategic planning and business initiatives.
Cultivate and manage senior-level relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Design and implement sales strategies that drive C2B and B2C client acquisition, penetration, and retention Translate market needs into scalable product offerings, ensuring alignment with regulatory and compliance standards
Role Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, and commercial development, ideally within financial services, fintech, or security products.
Proven expertise in developing and implementing enterprise-level security and commercial strategies across international markets.
Demonstrated success leading full-cycle product development and launch initiatives.
Strong track record of building and motivating high-performing teams with a focus on results delivery and customer value.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels.
High level of urgency, initiative, and ownership of business outcomes.

Salary
The base salary range is $175,000 - $210,000 USD per year, total on target compensation includes a base salary plus a variable target incentive that aligns with individual and company performance.
