Why Were Hiring

We’re looking for a Project Manager who thrives in a high-stakes, fast-paced creative environment and knows how to keep the trains running on time—without being afraid to hit the brakes when necessary.

This role is all about operational leadership. You’ll manage the workflow of our Creative Strategy team, which includes both strategists and designers, ensuring projects are scoped properly, assigned clearly, and delivered on deadline. You’ll also be the gatekeeper for inbound sales opportunities—qualifying each ask and protecting the team’s time and focus by holding the line when needed.

The ideal candidate is confident, organized, solutions-driven, and deeply familiar with creative workflows. You’re not just keeping track of the work—you’re thinking critically about how the work gets done, who should do it, and what’s worth doing in the first place.

What You'll Do

    • Own and maintain Airtable trackers to manage team bandwidth, timelines, assignments, and status updates.
    • Qualify incoming sales opportunities to determine the right output based on impact.
    • Assign briefs based on skill set, capacity, and urgency; constantly rebalance as priorities shift.
    • Mange the hard cost creation process across the entire Strategy department 
    • Ensure Figma files and creative deliverables are properly organized, named, and accessible.
    • Protect the team’s time by confidently pushing back on unrealistic asks or low-priority briefs.
    • Act as a gatekeeper between sales and strategy—ensuring creative energy is reserved for the right opportunities.
    • Track and enforce internal deadlines for strategy decks, mood boards, creative concepting, and design assets.
    • Support the Head of Strategy in refining team operations and building a high-performance creative function.

Who You Are

    • 3–5 years of experience in creative project management or team operations.
    • Expert-level proficiency with Airtable and strong working knowledge of Figma.
    • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills; obsessive attention to detail.
    • Clear, confident communicator who’s comfortable holding people accountable.
    • Calm under pressure, strategic in how you prioritize, and highly self-directed.
    • Previous experience in media, advertising, or a content-driven creative environment preferred.

$10,000 - $120,000 a year
The Pay Range, which consists of salary and commission, for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Complex Total Rewards offerings for employees.
