SEMA Graduate Business Analyst Description - HP SEMA Personal Systems Team is looking for a Graduate Business Analyst who is eager to learn and support the sales teams across the SEMA market on selected top deals. This role provides an excellent opportunity for early career professionals to work closely with market leadership teams and support on strategic growth initiatives on selected top deals. The role is responsible for supporting strategic projects within the end-user account space incl. development, implementation, and monitoring of plans. The role will predominantly support with project management tasks, financial reporting and help in defining KPIs and metrics to measure business performance. Responsibilities: Scope: Corporate, Enterprise and Public, Business Personal Systems Supports the execution of priority projects with direction, aligned to business planning. Collect, create and update data sources supporting key stakeholders across the market Manage timelines and keep deadlines to ensure a strong and smooth process of management Collaborate with country teams, WW teams and market central teams to collectively drive business goal attainment Supports communication of the plan and progress to various stakeholders, including senior management. Knowledge and Skills: High English Level + Spanish Results Orientation Learning Agility IT industry knowledge Business planning skills Business acumen Strong communication skills at management level Business Intelligence Data Analysis Market Intelligence MS Office skiils (Excel, PPT) Power BI Thought Leadership Education and Experience Required: University or Bachelors degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration or International Business Work experience is not required, but appropriate internships related to the job content would be a plus.
