By being part of our team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00 in a hybrid setup from our Bucharest office. How you’ll make an impact: Oversee all work streams within the delivery hub, ensuring compliance with PMO (Project Management Operations) governance and standards; Translate hub-specific operational needs into actionable processes and collaborate with the Finance PMO Lead on forecasting and reporting; Manage staffing activities, including onboarding, offboarding, and resource allocation across teams; Support the creation of new roles and partner with work stream leads to meet staffing demands; Forecast time off and holiday coverage, assessing financial impacts monthly; Prepare and present monthly and quarterly business review reports; Promote consistent use of standard templates and processes across all work streams; Address delivery center-specific reporting needs and coordinate with HR on escalations or employee-related matters. Skills that make your work successful: At least 11 years of relevant experience in operations, program coordination, or delivery center management; Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; Familiarity with PMO governance frameworks and financial reporting practices; Excellent analytical skills are required; Project & Stakeholder Management skills; Excellent English speaker; Advanced Microsoft Office Pack user; Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Project management certifications; People lead/management skills.
