Playtech Managed Services is looking for an open-minded and proactive Technical Back Office Coordinator with strong analytical skills for our Technical Delivery team.
Your influential mission. You will...
- Write reports designed to assist Operations and department managers.
- Work on product releases from the Operations department perspective.
- Manage Back-End and CRM configurations.
- Investigate different types of technical issues.
- Create Admin accounts and manage employee permissions.
- Prepare specifications for new projects and future development requests.
- Be involved in specific security projects and provide resolution to escalated cases in terms of Risk.
- Administrate multiple operational systems.
Qualifications

- Are tech-savvy and want to develop in a dynamic environment.
- Are fluent in English.
- Have previous experience in a similar role (would be considered an advantage).
- Have strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Possess excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Like solving problems and multitasking.
- Good Computer literacy (MS Office)

THE TECHNICAL DELIVERY TEAM is a dynamic and multifunctional group based in Sofia, specializing in backend configurations. We handle a wide range of tasks including games configurations, customer engagement, customer journeys and onboarding flows. We provide comprehensive back-office services to the company clients and play a crucial role in onboarding new clients from a technical delivery perspective. Our team collaborates with clients across the globe and works closely with other business units within the company to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.
The Technical Delivery Team plays a key role in launching new online gaming sites and services. Within our team, you will acquire expertise in Playtech’s structure, products, and processes, while never having a routine day.
